What you may not create or upload

You may not use the service to create, upload or share:

1. Sexual or nude content (NSFW), including “undressing” or sexualised edits of real people.

2. Violent or gory content, or content that threatens or glorifies harm.

3. Hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.

4. Any content that sexualises, endangers or exploits children. Children may appear only in family photos uploaded by their parent or guardian, and only in family effects.

5. Deepfakes or impersonation: placing someone in a picture without their consent, putting a real person’s face on someone else, creating intimate scenes between real people, or making a real person appear to say or do something they did not. Photos of celebrities, politicians and other public figures are not allowed.

6. Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, such as protected characters or brand logos.

Your photos

Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. You confirm this every time you upload. We do not offer face swap, undressing or two-person intimate effects.

How we moderate

Every uploaded photo is checked by an automated content-safety classifier before it is used. The text you type, such as a card greeting, is checked by our payment processor’s content-safety service before anything is generated. Finished images, and frames from finished videos, are checked again before we show them to you. Effects use fixed prompts written by us, so you cannot ask the models for anything outside the effect.

We keep moderation results and our review decisions as records, and a person reviews every report.

Reporting

Anyone can report content on our report page or by emailing support@remakefx.com. We review reports and remove content that breaks this policy within 48 hours.

Enforcement

If you break this policy we may remove the content, block the photo from being uploaded again, forfeit remaining credits and close the account. Serious cases involving children are reported to the relevant authorities. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our email or write to us and a person will look at it again.
